Baden Powell Public School located in the heart of the city of Mysuru in more than 8 acres of lush green campus serves approximately 1100 students who are from diverse backgrounds. The school is named after Lord Baden Powell, who became the founder of the worldwide Scouts and Guide Movement. Ours is the only educational institution in the country, which is run by Bharat Scouts and Guides. All the academic staffs are trained in Scouting and Guiding
Our school has a long history of excellence in academics and activities. Right from the first batch till date the school has produced 100% result in grade X Board examination with majority of them scoring above 80%. As a school, we are committed to our mission of preparing students to be productive citizens and lifelong learners in the ever changing world. We deeply believe that activities play an equal or more important role in shaping the personality of the students. As such, activities are given utmost priorities in our curriculum.
Our curriculum and practices are consistently reviewed to ensure that we are following the most updated best practises, meeting all regulations and addressing the future needs of our students. Our staff consistently follows the current trends and implement them in the best possible way in our class room. Last one decade has been the decade of technology. We believe that technology is the only way forward for quality education. Keeping this in mind, we are in the process of changing all the old smart boards with state-of the- art LED panels.
Our primary goal at BPPS is to help all students to achieve their dream and find success in pursuing life goals. We are committed to providing the best possible educational progress to our students. We believe that there are numerous opportunities within our extracurricular activities for our students to gain the skills that will allow them to be successful in life.
